Shipping Policy

A proposed shipping date will be provided at the time of purchase, although weather holds may affect the actual date of shipment. You will be notified if your wine has been placed on a weather hold. If you are concerned about the timing of your wine shipment, please contact team@gellisfamilydomain.com to discuss alternative options. Purchasers are responsible for all shipping costs; an adult of legal drinking age (21+) must be there to receive and sign for all shipped alcoholic beverages. Should you choose to pick up your wine at our storage facility (will call) your order will be held for up to 6 months. After that time, if you have not collected your wine, we will refund the order and return the wine to inventory. There is a non-refundable handling charge for all ‘will call’ orders.

Please Note: Blue Monster cannot be held liable for weather damage during shipping, or delayed delivery.

If a shipment fails to be delivered and is returned to us, we will charge the card used on the order for the reshipment fee. After you place an order on our site, you will receive an email confirmation and an email with package tracking information.

We are only able to ship wine to states that allow direct shipments of wine. Currently we are unable to ship wine to the following states:

  • Arkansas

  • Delaware

  • Louisiana

  • Mississippi

  • Rhode Island

  • Utah

Please note that all orders must be placed by persons over the age of 21 years, and that age verification will be required upon receipt of your wine. No wine will be delivered to visibly intoxicated persons and any person unable to provide age verification will forfeit their right to receive the shipment until identification is produced.

In such circumstances the order may either be held in storage at a local depot of the shipping company until appropriate identification is produced, or shipped back to the winery. All associated costs will be the responsibility of and be charged to the customer.
